Be Still And Know That I Am God

Here's something I wrote last week, because I'm running out of time this morning.

Inspired by this verse: 

He says, “Be still, and know that I am God;

I will be exalted among the nations,

I will be exalted in the earth.”

(Psalm 46v10)

Be Still And Know That I Am God

Be still and know that I am God

I made all this, the trees, the clouds

I made the Heavens and the earth

I created it all for my Glory

Be still and know that I am God

I made you, your body and your soul

I designed you before the world was formed

I created you in my image

Be still and know that I am God

I am with you, in your success, in your failure

You are the work my hand has made

I created you, I am your Father

Be still and know that I am God

When you are lost

I will show you the way

I created a light in the darkness

Be still and know that I am God

I lived for you, I died for you

Sent my only son to set you free

I created the perfect sacrifice

Be still and know that I am God

I rose for you, I have redeemed you

You are mine, both made and bought

I created you and I love you

Be still and know that I am God

I am an artist, I am a craftsman

My work in you is not yet complete

But I created you to reflect my Glory
